Playdates
A playdate is a get-together between your child and other children of the same age. Playdates are an important part of learning and growing up for all children. A playdate is an activity that is increasingly harder for parents to organize today due to a number of factors, including dual income families with little time to meet new people, new communities where traditional social networks don't exist, and various other factors. We believe that playdates between children of the same age create critically healthy, mind expanding, fun and challenging experiences which help children to grow physically, emotionally and socially. The other resources on the site, like the Little Chefs area, music and book suggestions, unique things to do and places to go, are intended to inspire you and your children to create and achieve new expectations! It takes time to find the right friends for playdates, but you will, and it will be a rewarding, fun-filled learning experience for you and your children. Playdates will help your children build and expand the confidence they need to succeed in social situations for a lifetime, while they, and you, forge lasting friendships. Playdates are fun! Accept your invitation to join and see for yourself.
*Only Full Members will have access to search for playdates on the secure members-only search engine. |
